Viva Diego
Viva Diego is produced in two types of extravirgin olive oil. One of the extravirgin oil Viva Diego has a lighter taste and character with the same amount of yellow and green chromatic components. The herbal and floral scent notes are expressed at medium intensity but continually characterize the aroma in the mouth, and the lively and progressive but yet lighter spicy aroma prevails.
The second line of extravirgin oil gives the product a stronger taste and character, its appearance is intensely golden, with a clear green reflection, opens to the smell of an elegant bouquet dominated by fresh almond taste. The structure is compact, enlivened by a constant bitter and spicy wire that is well connected with the long scent of green apple and almond.
Gastro recommendation
It ideally blends with marinated swordfish, boletus salad, blue grilled (baked) fish, grilled radish, vegetable soup, main courses woth vegetables, roasted fish and red meat in tartar.
